So youve decided to go with the Bright Wizard? Good choice! Well despite their crazy, mixed up hair styles! The Bright Wizard is the Orders casting DPS class (as opposed to Destructions casting DPS class the Sorceress) which packs a real punch! If you enjoy picking off critters from afar, jumping Destruction members and (hopefully) capping them before they can cut through you like butter, or just love getting #1 on the DPS charts, then this is the class for you!

In this starter guide I hope to give you an idea of what youre signing up for so you can determine if the Bright Wizard class is right for you. Ill leave the end game tactics and strategy to you

Bright Wizard Mechanic

The Bright Wizard uses the Wind of Fire enabling them to literally cook and blast their enemies from afar with their Pyromancer abilities. The problem with channeling all that destructive fire is that it has the potential of backfiring and causing damage to its caster!

Bright Wizard Masteries

Fire, fire, some more fire, and how about a little fire to spice things up? The Bright Wizard uses a wide range of fire based spells to roast the enemy.

Path of Incineration

This is both the long and short cast timer, high damage, immediate death spec.

The core abilities of this tree that gain in strength with each point spent:

* Sear (a quick cast spell that does Elemental damage)
* Flames of Rhuin (group buff to increase damage)
* Pyroclastic Surge (damages enemies and increases all their reaction timers)
* Burning Iron (damages enemies and target loses action points)

Path of Immolation

DOTS! More DOTS! Damage over time to the max! Kill your enemies slowly and painfully!

The core abilities of this tree that gain in strength with each point spent:

* Boiling Blood (damages over time, lowers Corporeal resistance)
* Detonate (damages over time, and in an area of effect)
* Flame Shield (group buff to return damage to attackers)
* Slow Boil (all opponent cool down timers increase by 5s, damage at end of effect)

Path of Conflagration

Multiple target path, focusing on Area of Effect (AoE) damage.

The core abilities of this tree that gain in strength with each point spent:

* Scorched Earth (AoE damage)
* Fiery Blast (target and AoE damage)
* Flame Breath (large AoE damage directly in front of the Bright Wizard)
* Rain of Fire (rain down some flaming AoE)
* Choking Smoke (AoE and silence)

Stats

Strength: We’re not a melee class so we don’t care about melee damage. Ignore it.

Willpower: This increases your healing and your chance to disrupt magical attacks. Not highly important.

Weapon Skill: Increases chance to parry and armor penetration. I wouldnt count on your parry ability, so dont worry about this one either.

Initiative: Increases your chance to evade and reduces chance of being critical hit which is never a bad thing. Again, I wouldnt count on your evade ability so dont worry about this one.

Wounds: This increases your hit points. ALWAYS good!

Toughness: Reduces all damage taken. This will help you survive long enough to kill!

Intelligence: Increases Magic Damage and reduces your chances of being disrupted. Major skill right here!

Ballistic Skill: Useless, ignore!

Bright Wizards should focus on raising their Intelligence, Wounds, and Toughness most of all. The MAIN stat however is Intelligence.

Can I relax my hair again? Would it be possible? Guys and Girls, anybody, expert advice would be great! :)?

Filed under: Online Hair Cutting Instructions — admin @ 11:26 pm

Hey everyone,
I really need somebody’s advice to help me with a little hair.. problem.
Well.. it’s kind of difficult to explain, but i’ll try my best.

Last year, around summer time.. or maybe it was before sumertime, I relaxed my hair with Ogilvie Hair Relaxer that I brought from Walmart. It’s supposed to straighten your hair for easier styling (since I don’t have all day to style my hair! = P ) So I brought it, my mom did it all for me, and put the product on ALL OF MY HAIR, and it was great. Followed the instructions, and when I straightened it, my hair was like SILK. And then… I guess I shampooed it out the next day and my hair… was curly again? And then the next day I shampooed again, and there was no more silky hair!! It was as if my hair had been completely removed of all the chemical I had put it in to relax it. I was not happy, then I read the labels carefully on the box.. and realized I was supposed to wait two days before shampooing my relaxed hair. I had not followed the directions carefully. Needless to say, I was upset. Very upset. I didn’t know whether or not I could relax my hair again (all over again) to achieve the same results. So I didn’t bother. Then a couple of months later I bleached, dyed my hair light brown, and then a month later I took Ogilvie Straightner (Hair Relaxer) and applied it to my hair, by MYSELF, because my mom and I had gotten into an arguement, and… well I pretty much destroyed my hair. It relaxed and everything, it was even silky like before.. but whilst combing through to make it straighter, my hair got pulled out throught the comb, and fell out!!! I was so upset. I knew I was making mistakes.. but I didn’t think so many awful things would happen to me all at once! Then I decided maybe I hadn’t applied it right.. so it was all my fault anyways. So with considerably shorter hair (since the relaxer pulled my hair out!) I went to school feeling glum. Then a couple of months later, like 4 months later, I went and dyed my hair to my natural colour, and got a haircut, cut my bangs, and thinned my hair. (I figured this would get rid of some of the relaxer, and then I could hopefully relax all of my hair all over again like before) considering that relaxers never did help my hair. So then a week or two later, I went to the salon and told them that my hair had been relaxed before (at home, with a no-lye relaxer) and they told me that they could do a touch up, and that they would use the same chemicals I had used before, so the same no-lye? I’m guessing. Well the stylist did it, but she did not bother to do the parts that really needed the straightening, she didn’t touch up the parts that needed to be touched up. The bottom part of my hair is very curly, and kinky, kind of. So I was upset again. She didn’t charge too much. (My hair is considerably short cuz of my haircut) But I really wanted my hair to be silky and NICELY RELAXED like how it was the first time I did it. I knew the second time I had made a mistake, and perhaps relaxing not properly or carefully enough will cause damage, and hair will fall out because BLEACH and DYE and RELAXERS do not go along?? I’m guessing. Yeah, I read all this online somewhere. But I am curious.. so if anybody is able to help me out at all, please do. I do not know how to tell someone that I would like my hair relaxed all over again. I have been searching for chemicals, or anything that can either remove the relaxer, (so I can relax my hair careully from start) or.. well yeah.

And would I would ultimately want is to know if it is possible for me to relax my hair again. Since I went to the salon, my roots are nicely straight and all..but my hair is THICK. it’s short and it’s thick. The ends and the length of my hair are not RELAXED properly, so I need to use a relaxer on them. The length and the ends of my hair are not that curly (perhaps because of previous relaxing), but is it possible for me to get a relaxer (a good one from a store.. a kit type) and use my mom’s help for her to apply it to the parts that need it? Or would my hair fall out? And i do not understand what "break" means, I guess it would start falling out? I am very careful with my hair, and I take very good care of it, so by no means would I not take care of my hair if I relaxed it again. I was also thinking, (since my hair is not as curly as before) whether I should get a relaxer, and then leave it on.. like a few minutes, until it gets straighter. Like you know how relaxers have mild, strong, natural strength, etc.. I’m not too good with those terms on relaxers, but you know what I’m saying. For different hair types..
So would it be possible for me to get my mom (and she’s good at it) to very carefully buy a relaxer kit (I don’t know if I should get an Afro Relaxer Kit, or a normal type – one’s that are for Caucasian, or very curly hair) and then just relax it WHERE the hair is curly, and where it needs to be relaxed? Mostly faar away from my roots, and cl
I realized it didn’t complete the sentence.
Mostly faar away from my roots, and closer to the ends, and the middle of my hair, near my roots. I know it’s tricky, but I’ll give anything a shot. But if there is a MAJOR RISK of something bad (like my hair falling out again), then I am not wiling to compromise. But in conclusion, my hair is natural (so no hair dye is in it, and it is just recently relaxed in some areas from the salon). I do not know what to do, so please someone give me some expert advice, and I will be ever grateful.
Anybody can answer, I just want someone’s good and honest opinion.

Thanks!
(P.S. If you are going to tell me to cut my hair short or something all over again, then I am not willing to do that, I can wait for it to get longer, but I will NOT cut my hair, or it will be ridiculously short, and I do not look good with very short hair, so please read my question carefully : )

The good thing about hair is that it grows back no matter what. :-)

Now, I’m going to be blunt and honest. This is the reason why people should not relax their own hair. Let a licensed professional apply it, and if you don’t have the money then get a weave installed until you can afford it. You’ve completely screwed up your hair and the fact that you continue to do it shows that you’re not learning from your mistakes. You don’t know how to apply a relaxer and for some odd reason you don’t seem to understand how it’s damaging your hair. Stop doing it yourself unless you want to be nearly bald your whole life.

You make a lot of contradictory statements throughout your post. You say that you take very good care of your hair, but your actions show you don’t. If you take very good care of your hair then why do you relax it, bleach it, relax it, and want to relax it again even though it’s severely damaged your hair? You seriously cannot be asking us if you relax your hair again if it’ll fall out. What has happened with other relaxers and why do you think you’ll get different results *this time*? You even admit that relaxers have never worked for your hair. Stop relaxing your own hair. That’s the lesson you should have learned during this hair fiasco.

You don’t know how damaging and harsh relaxers are and you don’t know how to apply them correctly. My sister is in her late 30s and her hair has always been the same short length (about chin) her whole life. The reason? Because she applies her own relaxers and she doesn’t know what the heck she’s doing. I let her relax my hair one time when I was in my teens and my hair went from shoulder-length to above my earlobe in exactly one weeks time, simply because she didn’t know what the heck she was doing. I learned my lesson that day, and ever since that "incident" I have always had a licensed professional apply my relaxers. Relaxers are very strong chemicals that eat through your hair and scalp. If you don’t know what you’re dong then your hair WILL fall out, as you’ve experienced. Why do you want to keep going through that?

The reason why a professional is the best person to apply your relaxer is because they can evaluate your hair and determine what type of relaxer (lye, no lye), strength, and brand that will be best for your hair. You’re not able to do this, because you’re not a trained cosmetologist. If you use something that’s too strong then your hair will fall out. If you use something that’s not strong enough then it won’t make your hair straight.

There are several things you’re doing wrong and a few misconceptions about relaxers you’re harboring. 1) You might be using the wrong strength or you’re not leaving it on long enough. Both of which will not straighten your hair. 2) You’re over-lapping your relaxers. You should NEVER do this. EVER! That’s what makes your hair fall out. You should only touch-up the new growth. If you put the relaxer on already relaxed hair (whether it’s straight or not) then you are over-processing your hair, which Will make it fall out. Once you put that relaxer through your hair then only touch-up your roots. You can get a corrective done at a salon if you mess up and don’t get your hair completely straight, but let a professional do it, and let them know EVERYTHING you’ve done to your hair and exactly what you want done. 3) For some reason you think straight hair does not frizz and poof. This is what keeps it from being silky straight (like right after a relaxer), which means you DO NOT put another relaxer in your hair; you use a flat iron, instead. This is natural and common, especially if you wash your own hair. Relaxers cause more problems than they solve, and you don’t solve poofy, frizzy relaxed hair by putting another relaxer on it; it makes it worse. 4) Stop dying your hair, and use a rinse, instead, or let the color grow out. 5) If your curl pattern is not the same then that means your hair took the relaxer; you just messed it up and didn’t get your hair straight. When you do this then you have to flat iron it straight and it’ll curl back up when wet. That’s what happens when you under-process your hair. STOP RELAXING YOUR OWN HAIR.
