This is a series of stories talking about my life in the United Pentecostal Church. They will range from funny to serious. I hope to bring more clarity into a this culture and way of thinking. You also may learn some embarrassing things about me along the way.
In this video I talk about the strict gender rules and dress codes. I discuss how I felt about wearing skirts and the church's idea of what being a female is to God.

The teachings of hair are mostly taken from 1 Corinthians 11. The UPCI believes that woman who do not cut their hair have more power from angels and men who have long hair are an abomination.
